The Memorial Cabin Project came to be because I want to die at my own hands if it comes to having to much pain. I watched my Aunt die in the hospital, screaming in pain for 3 days as the drugs did not put her out, there was nothing that they could do for her. Ever since that day I vowed that I would not want to go that way or see anyone else suffer that way. As a human being I believe that we all should die in a humane way. As a Gay Man I want to be around my Gay Male family when that time comes if that is possible. As a Gay Male living with HIV, this makes my vision closer to reality. The Cabin Memorial project will help those find a peaceful setting to end their lives with the help of Doctors and our Hopis Staff and your Gay Male Family. I will be offering a safe place to stay for your last few months alive. All of your personal needs to make those days comfortable will be provided for you, including food, care and whatever entertainment you are able to enjoy. Your support and contributions will enable us to meet our goals and improve conditions. Your generous donation will fund our mission.
